Kate Middleton is the apple of Britain’s eye. We love her charm and her style. Today, she is another year older.
If she buys something, you can guarantee it will become an instant sell-out in the UK.
Even if she wears something that’s last season, it will be brought back in stock and then sell out again.
She’s done wonders for British fashion. Her penchant for wearing British retailers Whistles and Reiss has led to huge increases in sales.
She also revamped wedding chic last year through her Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen dress. If any prospective brides-to-be in 2011 couldn’t have the real deal, they wanted a close copy.
Last night, the eve of her 30th birthday, Middleton continued her love of lace in a floor-length gown 
from British designer Alice Temperley at Steven Spieilberg’s War Horse premiere.
