In 2009 during the episode "Three Days of Snow", Ted and Barney discussed opening a bar called Puzzles, while go figure -- drinking. Last night How I Met Your Mother returned from winter break where Puzzles bar officially opened to the public.

Due to the steep cover at the gang's favorite bar, McClarens and used party favors, Ted and Barney, quickly spring into action and covert Ted's apartment into a bar. Complete with a VIP room (Ted's bedroom), a velvet rope and a friendly bartender, Kevin (returning guest Kal Penn). 

Inspired by the episode, CBS launched PuzzlesTheBar.com featuring a food and drink menu with clever names and a mission statement written by Ted with some additions by Barney. The website also has photos of the co-owners and a calendar of events for the bar. You can even listen to the Puzzles theme song, which plays a sort of homage to the famous Boston bar Cheers.

Hopefully as the year goes on, this calendar will be updated with more events and activities.
