Sexy Eyes Are Watching You

Sitting at Kona Grill on a Tuesday afternoon during happy hour watching some of the best dressed people in Indianapolis sipping their cucumber mojito talking about the weather and their weekend adventures, I am waiting eagerly for my new social network friends (it's amazing meeting people through the miracle of Twitter and Facebook) Peter Monn and Alex Paredes, better known as the Boys of Raannt. The Boys of Raannt are local celebrities in all circles, wherever there is a sexy social scene or happening that's where you will find the boys, and they are watching.

Fashionably right on time the boys enter the restaurant wearing their sexy True Religion jeans and Aviator sunglasses. Peter who is a Therapist, with his dark hair, wearing a sexy blue button down shirt with a white collar, describes his personal style as laid back, and comfortable choosing a John Deere hat and concert tees as a few of his favorite items in his wardrobe. Alex with his golden bronze skin and beautiful brown eyes opts for fitted shirts, a great pair of jeans and long necklaces.

After we ordered our appetizers and talked about the Fashion Wrap Up Launch Party and Rehab Sunday's at Bella Vita, we get into the more serious matter at hand, "What does RAANNT stand for and what does it mean?" Peter and Alex turn to each other with big smiles, Peter turns back to the table and solidly states "Raannt is about stating our opinions and saying something honest." Alex also added "Raannt doesn't stand for anything it's just RANT but with two A's and two N's. We love everything in excess so why not the extra letters!?"

In sticking with the honesty of raannt we had to ask Alex and Peter about the Sexy List that was recently published on http://raannt.wordpress.com. The Boys are known to dictate what is hot and sexy, thus enter the sexy list! Why should we listen to the Boys of Raannt? Here are a few reasons why we should listen to them.

• Their blog is wildy popular and read from coast to coast, they have tons of fans and followers on Facebook and Twitter.
• They have interviewed tons of celebrities including models, designers, comedians, porn stars and reality TV stars and most recently People's Revolution's lady in black Kelly Cutrone.
• Alex and Peter are at every social event and have their eyes on the social scene of Indianapolis and they talk about those events in a featured weekly column on www.indyscene.com.

We had some fun doing a little Sexy Word Association with the Boys ~

I had to ask the Boys what is definitely not sexy?.  With no hesitation at all Peter replied "Orange skin from a bad spray tan...and bad hair!" Alex told us that bad breath is definitely not sexy and I am in agreement with Alex completely. He went on to say "Gross mouth anything having to do with bad teeth ect is not sexy."

"You two are hilarious you should have your own reality show - why should a network pick up a reality show staring The Boys of Raannt?"

Peter spoke up first and said "I have three reasons...no wait I have five reasons! Here they are, one we are social commentators, two we are Gay, three because of our May/December relationship, we live in the Midwest and we are local celebs on the scene!"

"If that doesn't make for a great show then I don't know what does," Alex interjected!

The boys promised Crystal and I that we could be part of the raannt posse and get some on screen time too. So will someone pick this show up please!!!

So, of course the question that is on everyone's mind, and we had to ask the Boys and get a celebrity to celebrity perspective, "Are you rooting for Team Jacob or Team Edward?" Alex just laughed and was like "I know nothing really about Twilight." Peter, in his ever the casual therapist-like measured demeanor, responded "Well it depends on how you look at it, if you are basing this on what is true love, then its Team Edward.  If you are basing it on looks it could go either way having most people choosing Team Jacob." All I know is that I personally have seen "The Sexy List," and I know for a fact that Taylor Lautner (aka Jacob) made that list!

Well there you have it Fashion Wrappers the Boys of Raannt have spoken, and  whatever you do and wherever you are REMEMBER THIS "Eyes Open, We're watching!"
